ALIPURDUAR TEA CO LIMITED was incorporated on 23rd November, 1912. Shri. Dilip Kumar Saha and his family controls the Garden. He is the main Promoter and Director of the Company. Other Directors of the Company are Purabi Saha and Navin Kumar Shah. Shri. Arup Sinha is holding position as a CFO of the Company. Ms. Rokhsar Parveen is holding position as a Company Secretary of the Company.
The Gross area of Main Garden is 277.74 hector and Division Garden is 170.37 hector. The Total area is 448.37 hector.
The Area Under Tea in Main Garden is 163 hac and Division Garden is 115 hac and total areais 178 hac.
Dilip Kumar Saha spends almost Rs 5 Crores for developing the tea garden and also spend huge amount for development works specially for developing the quarters of Workers.
